BAC NINH – Despite facing many difficulties and challenges during its operations, SBI Joint Stock Company (SBI JSC), headquartered in Que Vo II Urban Area, Phuong Lieu Ward (Bac Ninh), has affirmed its position not only as a simple transport operator but also as a comprehensive logistics service provider.
In its early days, SBI only handled basic cargo transportation by trucks within Bac Ninh province. The company’s leaders had to personally go door-to-door to businesses to introduce their services. Even when contracts were signed and operations began, SBI still had to hire workers, unable to supply manpower on its own. After the first five years, thanks to determination and the right business strategy, SBI owned 50 trucks and secured several core customers, mainly foreign-invested enterprises (FDI).

Recognizing the trend of globalization and the increasing demand for synchronized and seamless supply chains, in 2024 SBI transformed into a comprehensive logistics enterprise. The company now not only provides services but also participates in system consulting, process improvement, and co-innovation with customers, helping them optimize costs and operational efficiency.
From having to borrow money to survive in freight transport, after five years of operations, SBI now owns 200 transport vehicles of all types and employs more than 100 qualified staff to meet domestic and international logistics needs. Its annual revenue has grown by 30%, and in 2025 the company aims to reach VND 300 billion. Notably, in 2021, SBI was honored as one of the Top 200 enterprises to receive the Vietnam Golden Star Award.
According to Mr. Nguyễn Duy Hà, Chairman of the Board of SBI JSC, the recent establishment of the new Bac Ninh province (through the merger of the former Bac Ninh and Bac Giang) – both areas with many FDI enterprises – provides golden opportunities for SBI to expand further. To capitalize on this advantage, SBI continues to maintain traditional customers, explore and acquire new ones, and train human resources to best meet customer demands. In addition, the company is actively applying artificial intelligence (AI), developing a supportive ecosystem, and strictly adhering to the motto: “Caring Beyond Expectations.”
